Hours of Operation

ARCH’s office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Intake Hours of Operation: Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. ARCH’s intake is closed between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM each day, and all day on Mondays.

Wheel-Trans users: Due to bike lanes on University Avenue, request a drop-off and pick-up at Orillia Street. It is at the back of the building. There is an accessible entrance there. Upon entering the building, go along the hall. The elevators will be to your right.
